What is the shipping time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent withing 24-48 hours. The China post process the orders which takes an additional 1-2 daysShipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Usually take between 7-14 business days to arrive at the destination if your order shipped by E-packet, but can take longer from time to time. Besides, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc are also available.
How do I track my package?
You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email. Also, you can click "Track my order" link on our website.

My payment was declined, why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining
Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.
How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. Returns & Refunds

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email marketing@espeedmtc.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will email you a link to start the easy return process.Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
